TYPE- Flower Ale.
MALTS- Pale, Wheat, Crystal.
HOPS- Columbus, Centenial, Citra and Elderberry.

TASTING NOTE- Color mahogany. Sweet and white flower aroma, from the elderberry, which gives way to citrus and tropical fruit notes. Medium body and medium-high carbonation. Slight astringency, which combines with the sweetness. A different beer that will not leave indifferent!

RECOMMENDED FOOD– Combine it with flower salads and especially with raw fish and even with Asian cuisine.
