These visits are aimed at groups or people who are interested in the brewing process, are curious, or who simply like beer. The visit and the tasting are totally free.
During the visit you can observe and hear the explanation of the main elements that form the brewing process: hot water, macerator, brewing kettle, heat exchanger, fermenting vessels and the bottling and labelling machine.
We explain the different beer families, and the different styles that exist within them. We also explain the benefits of natural artisanal beers, neither pasteurized nor filtered, the main differences between natural and industrial beers and the sensory and social properties of beer.
We finish the visit with a tasting of our varieties of Matoll artisanal beer: Blat (wheat), Rossa (blond), Saüc (elderflower), Roja (red), Torrada (toasted), La Terrasseta (Ipa) and Fart The Cops (Double Black Ipa). During the tasting, we explain the features of each beer. The Beermut will also be served for those who have reserved it.
Those who wish to can purchase our varieties of Matoll artisanal Beer at the end of the visit.
We also form part of the Ruta de la Cervesa Artesana de Lleida together with three other microbreweries. This is an extra reason to visit us, because if you complete the route, you will receive a gift.
For those who prefer the Beermut option, the cost is 5 euros for person, and consists of an aperitif and the Matoll Beer (33cl) of your choice.
The “Visits and Beermuts” are weekens by advance booking.
