TASTING NOTE- Gold colour, clean and crisp. The collection of aromatic herbs from Corb are present in the nose, pine resin, citrus note and subtle touches of bread cake. Sweet and dry malt entry, with notes of lime, fruity and balsamic. Light with character, but subtle, elegant refreshing and above all with flavor.. The citrus flavour gives away to a pleasant retro taste of fresh grass.
RECOMMENDED FOOD- Due to its high aromatic content of herbs from the Corb River, rosemary or heather, dishes with aromatic herbs are ideal. Especially made with white meat or white fish to be able to be cold dishes. But we ask you to dare with some Maki Sushi in a summer evening.
