TASTING NOTE- Golden color, clean and crisp. Fruit aromas, herbal notes and subtil hints of bakery. Entry sweet roasted malt, with notes of peach and light bittemess. Body light / medium carbonation and moderate / high. The light fruity flavors of stone fruits give way to a pleasant astringency of fresh glass. Ripe fruit and point of sweet in the aftertaste.
RECOMMENDED FOOD- Spicy or salty snacks, asparagus, sushi, light dishes, white meats.
